The energy in the room when Lauren is leading us through a yin class is incredible, she pours her heart and soul into each class, diving deep into the breath, asana and connecting within. Felling held within every moment. I love the conscious reminders to drop back into the breath and the vocal & hands on alignment. Leaving every flow full of gratitude, my favourite place to be on a Thursday evening.
