Yoga Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra


About This Class

Yoga Slow Flow classes take you through a fluid sequence that melts the body open with slow and mindful movement. The pace is meditative, emphasising peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath. The Yoga Slow Flow asana will be followed by Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation technique designed to take you into a deep state of relaxation.
