Eats: Spring smoothie bowl

A super simple recipe from the team at The Clean Treats Factory in Alexandria. Ingredients: 1-2 frozen bananas, a handful of Raspberries/Strawberries, a splash of Coconut Yoghurt to form your base. *You can add in more or less to reach the desired consistency Optional: add two dates or a tablespoon of Rice Malt Syrup if you’d like it sweeter. If you want to boost your bowl, try adding half a teaspoon of Maca, Mesquite or Lucuma or your fav protein) Just add in a dash of your choice of plant based milk (coconut, almond, macadamia) or coconut water.
