SHORT BIO

A passionate Yogi and teacher, ocean addicted surfer and global wanderer. Here to learn, share, teach, and connect. Lauren discovered yoga 12 years and has completed over 450 hours of yoga teacher trainings. Lauren believes that yoga is the royal path to transformation, awakening and healing. With each mindful breath that harmonises the mind and body to cooperate in unison, the practitioner experiences true alignment to themselves.

MORE ABOUT ME

After many years as a dedicated practitioner, Lauren decided to deepen her practice and completed her 200-hour YTT in 2018 in Bali where she fell in love with teaching. Lauren has since trained under some of Australia, Bali & the USA's most renowned yoga teachers.

Lauren extensively travelled the globe pursuing her passions of yoga, surfing and travel. Spending most of her time in Brazil, Costa Rica, France, The Netherlands, Mexico and Indonesia. Through her travels, she has come to understand how yoga is practiced around the globe. After 4 years abroad, the global situation brought her back to her motherland and she has been settled in the small coastal surf and yoga mecca of Byron Bay.

Lauren was initially drawn to yoga for its hugely transformational physical and mental benefits. Yoga has inspired her to step out of her comfort zone and make more conscious and aligned choices. It has allowed her to move through life more steadily, calmly and gratefully. Her motivation is to inspire others. She aims to share her energy and dedication for a healthy body, a peaceful mind and a meaningful life.

Lauren will teach you to flow with the rhythm of your breath and find lightness, ease and freedom of movement. She aims to invigorate, nourish and restore the body and the mind.
