About This Class
Fascia Release uses resistance stretching, simple movement, breathing and mindfulness techniques, to help reduce mental and physical pain caused by trauma, stress, muscular tension and dense connective tissue. Other benefits include improved flexibility and range of motion, enhanced strength, and a calmer mind. The focus is on the whole person and the gentle and powerful integration of mind and body. This class is accessible for all levels of practitioners and especially to those in tight or restricted bodies.
