The Solstice marks the shortest day and longest night of the year. You may have noticed that you have been faced with more challenging personal situations the last couple of weeks building up to the solstice.

It is a time for reflection, letting go, releasing, surrendering, witnessing and acknowledging what is arising with loving grace.

Our internal world always reflects what is happening externally. As the seasons shift into winter we can witness how the natural world around us responds. Trees shed their leaves, animals move into a more sedentary way of living and the desire to be more inwards, cosy and slow becomes increasingly alluring.

We are all cyclical beings of nature and sometimes it just takes the awareness of these potent times of the year to see the opportunity we are offered to shift ourselves inward and listen ....

This two-hour journey is an opportunity to tune into yourself whilst connecting with the collective energy of Winter Solstice.

A fusion of breathwork, ceremony, vocal toning, mantra and a huge array of traditional and sacred instruments; this experience will transport you to the depth of your consciousness whilst allowing you to explore the vast realm of sound and intention.

You’ll be bathed in high frequency Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Native American Flutes, Medicine Drums, Gongs, an array of Chimes, n’Goni, Hand Pan, Harmonium, Rattles, Rainsticks and more. This multi-dynamic experience is designed specifically with deep-rest, introspection and soul-release in mind.

Seriya and Matty bring together a wealth of experience in facilitating ‘Sound of Being’ journeys and thrive off the balancing of the masculine and feminine energies in all aspects of their work and lives.

As healers of various alternative modalities, they are passionate about exploring parts of the body to clear, enliven and heal on emotional, mental and energetic planes. Sound paired with meditation and breathwork is yet another subtle vibrational tool to be able to explore these parts of ourselves and come back to our truth.
