Join Seriya Cutbush and Matty Rainbow from Sound Healing Australia for the Autumn Equinox ‘Sound of Being’ journey. The Autumn Equinox is the cyclical event each year that marks the equal amount of light and dark within 24 hours.

Metaphysically, it represents the exploration of letting go of what doesn't serve us as the nights get longer and we start to prepare for the winter percolation. It is also time for self reflection, to discover more balance within your world and honour the growth you have been through in the last season. This two-hour journey is an opportunity to tune into yourself whilst connecting with the collective energy of Autumn Equinox.

A fusion of breath-work, ceremony, vocal toning, mantra and a huge array of traditional and sacred instruments; this experience will transport you to the depth of your consciousness whilst allowing you to explore the vast realm of sound and intention.

You’ll be bathed in high frequency Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Native American Flutes, Medicine Drums, Gongs, an array of Chimes, n’Goni, Hand Pan, Harmonium, Rattles, Rain-sticks and more. This multi-dynamic experience is designed specifically with deep-rest and restoration in mind.

Seriya and Matty bring together a wealth of experience in facilitating ‘Sound of Being’ journeys and thrive off the balancing of the masculine and feminine energies in all aspects of their work and lives.

As healers of various alternative modalities, they are passionate about exploring parts of the body to clear, enliven and heal the emotional and mental bodies. Sound paired with meditation and breath-work is yet another subtle vibrational tool to be able to explore these parts of ourselves and come back to our truth.
