Express Vinyasa Yoga (45 min)

About This Class

Express Vinyasa classes offer an energetic vinyasa flow for 45 mins. Perfect for quick lunch break practice with strong poses and creative sequencing, designed to challenge and inspire both physically and mentally. Classes vary in focus and pace, and from teacher to teacher, and we encourage you to move within the boundaries of your experience level. We recommend Vinyasa classes to those with prior yoga experience. If you're new to vinyasa or are working with injuries, please attend 4-6 Yoga Essentials classes before trying our Vinyasa classes. Classes are heated to a maximum of 30 degrees. We do our best to keep the room at a comfortable temperature and recommend that you come hydrated, dress light, and bring a towel and water. Please let your teacher know before class if you are injured, pregnant, or have any other relevant medical history, so that we can best support you in your practice. Pregnancy: Experienced yoga students are welcome to attend Yoga Open classes after a check in with your doctor. We ask that you attend at least two Prenatal yoga classes before coming to class, so you can learn how to modify to suit the stage of your pregnancy. We do not recommend practicing heated yoga during your first trimester.
